I have been using the Brooks-Huff location at 909 York Rd in Towson. I have found them to be very honest, reasonably priced and very pleasant and accommodating. AAA was offering a free 30 point maintenance service that you could get at any AAA approved facility. I made an appointment for my car at one of the facilities. After the free inspection, I was informed that my car was unsafe to drive and required a $125 repair. I did not let them do the work and drove the car to my trusted mechanic. The service is exceptional! I dont know anything about cars, and Eric took the time to explain what they were doing and even brought out my tire to demonstrate why it was important to rotate tires as mine were pulling hard on the left. He gave me the coupon price for the oil change, even though I did not have the coupon, finished more quickly than the estimated wait time he gave me, and gave me an estimate on a costly repair that he said he wouldnt change if it was his car right now, but that I should be aware of as I will n... read more
