We are very satisfied with the price and servi shown by Brooks Heating Company during the process of replacing the boiler with the heating problem in December of last year, so we are leaving a message here. Please refer to it for others.
I called Brooks Heating & Air for a furnace repair and the whole experience was outstanding. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, everything was reliable, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and timely. The technician arrived exactly at the scheduled time, explained the issue clearly, replacing the furnace and air conditioner quickly, and left the work area clean. I appreciated that they also offer 24/7 emergency service even though I didn’t need it. Highly recommend for any HVAC service.
