We enjoyed having Chris and his team mate replace our Goodman A/C with a Napoleon A/C in April. He was great with all aspects of the removal of the unit on a stand and the installation on a new pad on the ground. He explained that he would return in warmer weather to ensure the Napoleon operates as it ought to in summer temperatures. Hats off also to the office staff and Dave Green for answering our questions about the technical parts of the A/C unit.

Jason was very polite and professional. He answered my questions and before leaving, he asked if l had any more questions. He added a hose on to my hose to clean my air conditioner outside. Then he turned off the water in the garage and put my hose back to where it was - very professional. He was with John and they both put covers on their shoes - which l really appreciated. I’ve called Francis a couple of times recently and she’s always awesome !

Jamie was technician who came to fix our pool heater. He did such a good job and took the time to explain to me what he did. And what we must do to keep the heater working well. He was v patient with a novice like me. Thank you Jamie for your great work.
