They installed a heat pump for me, and it was not straight forward. The system here had dual thermometer zones that were not working properly. As a result, they came back several times to figure out what was going wrong. Trying to sort out the Bosch heat pump with the not new Reliance Furnace, and Honeywell Thermostats. Tenacious. They did it. They ended up installing two new thermostats and didn't charge me a nickel more. They ensured the invoicing was as required by the Canada Greener Homes requirements. Enbridge replaced my mother-in-law’s gas meter this afternoon and discover a small leak. At 3:45 I was on the phone with Brooks and by 4:30 they had come to her house, found the leak and fixed it. Lucas was great, polite and very professional. I’ve been dealing with Brooks for the past 10 years and they always provide great service. I will keep using and recommending them. Great team.
Big thanks to Jacob! He came to our rescue after hours in an emergency, when our furnace broke down, in a very speedy manner. He explained everything in detail and fixed the problem for us expertly!
