Brooks has replaced our hot water tank and I also use them for maintenance on my furnace. They are professional and show up when they promise. They have done warranty work (early failure of water heater), and have helped a lot with the warranty claim process. I find them a terrific company, knowledgeable and helpful! They even cleaned up the area after their work.
We had Andrew from Brooks heating and Air come in and clean our gas fireplace. He did a great job and it was a pleasure having him. I will definitely use Brooks again and request Andrew.
Piyush was polite, efficient and helpful. I appreciate his hard work in fixing my water heater.
Service was excellent and informative. However, would it be possible to increase the font size of the ipad documents you are asked to sign? I would appreciate it.
