So much to say, this is the most unprofessional medical facility. My mother went in for a consult today due to one of her many conditions. The provider decided to collect her co-payment, dilate her eyes and later decide to cancel her appointment on the spot just because my mother doesn’t speak English fluently. Since when does the patients have to accommodate the provider? Who is the one providing the service? This is high discrimination due to language. Racism to hispanics. At least was assured the optometrist who'd sent me there, Dr Ortiz, mistakenly imagined a hole my eye. (Ridiculous mistake...worried me. Then my insurance charged for a specialist fee.) Note: that office has an apparent head count limit. After they were quickly done with me, I was rudely led to opened door. Facing bright sunlight with my eyes dialated to the hilt! Do not let them do this to you. CRAZY, rude, dangerous. I don't know how I made it home.
