So much to say, this is the most unprofessional medical facility. My mother went in for a consult today due to one of her many conditions. The provider decided to collect her co-payment, dilate her eyes and later decide to cancel her appointment on the spot just because my mother doesn’t speak English fluently. Since when does the patients have to accommodate the provider? Who is the one providing the service? This is high discrimination due to language. Racism to hispanics. leave a patient in the middle of a procedure because their English is not fluent and not accept an interpreter? There are many ways to be unprofessional but this is a lot! If you do not have human empathy you will never have empathy as a doctor to treat your patients.

Atención Atención si usted es paciente de solo habla Hispana, osea si HABLA SOLO ESPAÑOL NO PIDA CITA CON Brooks H Logan MD. Por yo no hablar inglés el no me atendió, en plena cita de hoy con mis ojos dilatados ya él tuvo la osadia de negarse a atenderme, yo todavía no lo puedo creer, que clase de Discriminación tan descarada, posterior a todo mi hija llamo a la oficina para hablar sobre lo sucedido y la atención que le dieron fue aún peor, la manager le dio una clase de explicación que a cualquiera se le vuelan los humos, l... read more
