Brooks flooring was courteous and nice at first, while we were buying their product ( carpet, tile ). After we encountered a plumbing problem, that left our wooden floors damaged, we made an appointment for them to fix our floors. After 5 months of waiting, they told us that they don't have to honor that appointment, because the builder that made our house has replaced Brooks flooring with some other contractor, and that they won't honor that appointment.
