Brooks Energy has been maintaining my oil furnace, and propane fireplaces for over 15 years. They are absolutely the BEST in the area. Fast dependable service, and HONEST. I highly recommend this family run company. 5stars all day.
If I could provide zero stars I would. Let’s start from the top: 1. Installed new furnace improperly, resulted in rust on a brand new unit. Had to return to reseal the line, but damage had been done 2. Had to have inspector come back to check grill line install multiple times as it was improperly installed 3. Installed AC coil improperly, resulting in a failed coil within 2 years (cost me $2600 to fix) 4. Tried to convince me they didn’t put a new coil in (it’s documented that it is) and that a new coil was $3200. The coils ... read more
