Trey and Frank’s service was OUTSTANDING! I called and spoke with their team and they came out quickly. They were professional and very thorough in their inspection and repair of my unit. Brooks Custom Comfort & Services is the best A/C company in Austin. Super fast and affordable. They’ve got excellent customer service and the technicians are always very helpful when explaining the issue and what my options are. They service and maintain several of my properties and make sure to get us back up and running asap. This is the only company I use and trust when it comes to quality A/C work.
They have taken care of our mini-splits for a few years and have been fantastic. Very thorough and honest in their work. Easy to communicate with and prices are reasonable. We will continue to work with this great family business!
Brooks really saved us! Our AC system was poorly designed and implemented when we originally built our home.
