I rarely write reviews. Richard and Trey at Brooks have worked with me for months -- possibly years -- to fix a problem that was almost impossible to solve. They have been so kind, so patient, and so intent on getting that problem solved, which they did! I would place my life in their hands, but having them handle my HVAC issues is probably sufficient.
Trey and Frank’s service was OUTSTANDING! I called and spoke with their team and they came out quickly. They were professional and very thorough in their inspection and repair of my unit. They were polite as well as friendly too. We are looking forward to developing an ongoing relationship with Brooks for our long term ac and heating needs!
This company is top notch! Always available and timely! We have used them for years and very reliable service. I recommend them every chance I get!!
Brooks Custom Comfort & Services is the best A/C company in Austin. Super fast and affordable. They’ve got excellent customer service and the technicians are always very helpful when explaining the issue and what my options are. They service and maintain several of my properties and make sure to get us back up and running asap. This is the only company I use and trust when it comes to quality A/C work.
They have taken care of our mini-splits for a few years and have been fantastic. Very thorough and honest in their work. Easy to communicate with and prices are reasonable. We will continue to work with this great family business!
