My thanks to Dana for coordinating a same day visit for Warren to come out and shock my well. Very friendly and professional service was provided. Highly recommended company!
So they were hired to do a sewer pipe inspection at my house in order to determine if I needed to change the pipe. They came in with improper equipment which prevented the complete inspection. They charged me more than what had originally been verbally quoted to me ($466 vs $300) even though the job was incomplete. I ended up having to change the whole pipe ($7000) because their inspection was incomplete. They charged me $40 of interest on the invoice although they had never sent it to me. Horrible customer service, i called for a quote for water softener and the lady that answered the call was very rude and started to yell at me when i told her i can send pictures to get a better understanding of what needs to be done. Ended the call rightaway ill find another company that respects their potential customers
Had them replace an outdoor spigot and a bathtub spout. A year and a half later they both failed. Reached out to them and was completely ignored.
This review is long overdue. On numerous occasions we have had the pleasure of using Brooks and Cryderman’s numerous services. From installing light fixtures, gas stove, dishwasher and coming to our rescue for various plumbing emergencies. Last night we had an after hours emergency and Pat arrived in less than 20 minutes and solved a very unpleasant problem. Pat as well as every other employee we have encountered have always been polite, efficient and tidy. Thank you !
