Used them a couple times and I found their repairs to be less than thorough. Sent my van to the dealer after a less than stellar effort on my van a couple years ago rather than deal with them anymore. Obvious issues were simply overlooked at Brooks. No value here.
Went to ask about tires, made mistake of interning the wrong building....I think it was the impound yard...was ignored by the guy behind the counter talking with his friend for 10 minutes, while I awkwardly waited. Finally, just walked out. It was my first time there. Also, few years ago, my wife had an antique key chain knife “disappear” after they returned he car keys.

Great customer service. Helped us fix three tires that we blew out on a fire trail up to Toad Lake. Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Would recommend them to anyone!

They are arrogant and will charge you quadruple ask locals in Mount Shasta. I tried to take a transmission to them to fix they insulted me made up stories and run me out of there! I thought Kevin Brooks was my friend but he wouldn't even stand up for me to his employees! There are a lot of good shops in Mount Shasta but not Kevin Brooks Complete Automotive. Steer clear of this place!
