Brooks still has my car, it's been there over a week and the insurance guy (yup, the shop didn't even have the decency to call me or update me) told me they don't even have the parts yet! It was supposed to be done tomorrow and I haven't heard a word from them. Awful service, definitely recommend going somewhere else.

I recently had my car fixed at Brooks Collision center in Piney Flats and it was a wonderful experience. The car was ready when they said it would be and they even washed the outside of my car. The staff was polite and caring and everyone there made sure they answered all my questions. I think everyone should use them
