These guys do good work and I will be back.. but I had an appointment for 4 o’clock yesterday. I showed up at 3:45 just to make sure I’m on time. I didn’t get in till 4:40. I have no problem waiting but while I was in the waiting room I heard the ladies discussing that if a customer has a cancellation within 24 hours of their appointment they get charged a cancellation fee. So then I should be able to charge them a fee for having to wait 40 minutes wasting my time no?
