These guys do good work and I will be back.. but I had an appointment for 4 o’clock yesterday. I showed up at 3:45 just to make sure I’m on time. I didn’t get in till 4:40. I have no problem waiting but while I was in the waiting room I heard the ladies discussing that if a customer has a cancellation within 24 hours of their appointment they get charged a cancellation fee. So then I should be able to charge them a fee for having to wait 40 minutes wasting my time no?
Great space and professional staff. I had heard great things about all the practitioners at Brooks Chiro and personally went to see Jason. He was able to relieve my pain in just one session and follow up with exercise recommendations. Highly recommend!
Jason Wong is outstanding in his field. He is very knowledgeable, spends enough time with you to completely understand your concerns. He does stretches in office as well as adjustments, resulting in instant relief. He explains what he is doing and recommends stretching to do at home. Highly recommend!
