I bought several Brooks Brothers shirts and came to find out their sleeves were shorter than other brands. I normally wear a 37" sleeve, but it is apparently 38" sleeve in BB. I contacted customer service to exchange the shirts for the longer sleeve. It took an inordinate amount of time on the phone with the rep to setup the exchange.
