After 4 months of waiting for Brooks Brothers Cabinetry in Monument to complete my design I gave up on them. I was ready to spend $25,000 or more. On at least 5 occasions I asked their salesperson/designer working on my plan to please accept a cash deposit or cash payment in full to get me in their production list even if she had not completed the plan.
