I have been a longtime Brooks Brothers customer, both in Europe and in USA. Great products, withclassic and timeless design, excellent fabrics, and, most of all, superb craftsmanship. What impressed me in this store is, above all, Miss Adel Ferez,with her knowledge of the product line, fabrics and sizes. Her recommendationswere spot on! I will definitely return to this particular Brooks Brotherslocation next time I am in Orlando, thanks to her.

I went shopping here on Black Friday, and I had a great time. The clothes looked very nice, and there were a lot of unique styles to wear. The customer service was exceptional, and a man by the name of Jabari (I believe) was extremely well mannered and helpful while I was selecting clothes. I don’t live in Florida, but if I did, I would return here.
Purchased a suit off the rack, developed hives within 30 minutes, attempted to return and they claimed they couldn’t. I do not have an allergy to the materials in the suit
