The older staff here are not very friendly to customers and i’ve overheard them on many occasions talking about customers in a rude manner when they leave. I shop here a couple times a month and always encounter the same thing. I love shopping at Brooks Brothers, but the customer service is atrocious.
I do not understand why the staff feels the need to be rude. I came in dressed up as another person who left a review suggested and used proper respect and manners. I will not be spending my hard earned money here while being treated as someone's emotional punching bag. Do better at hiring respectable staff Brooks Brothers.
Quality clothing, but make sure you dress up otherwise the employees will not go out of their way to assist in any way. No t shirt and shorts allowed apparently.
Definitely a hidden gem!! Clothes are fabulous, they have some excellent smelling fragrances, and people that work there are welcoming and down to earth! We will be back!
My husband and I visited so he could try on suits, and we had such a fun time shopping with assistance from Michelle and Kate. It was one of the best shopping experiences we've had in years.
