Extremely bad experience. Worst store manager I have ever met, very rude, arrogant, poor attitude towards customers, he acts like he is the CEO but even the CEO won't have such bad behaviour and attidue towards customers. Brooks Brothers should get rid of employees that defame the brand, in this very particular occassion, the store manager. Just a ridiculous person. The guy is neither friendly nor helpful. Instead of selling, he argues with absurd points—like when I said, “I feel this shirt is tight,” and he replied, “You shouldn’t feel the shirt tight.” also, he lacks on BB taste and cuatomer service experience
