My husband and I were in Savannah for a wedding. He brought a suit with him, but damaged his coat the morning of the wedding. Google search, and Brooks Brothers and Desiree to the rescue ! Desiree measured him , chose a charcoal grey suit for us , steamed it and we were ready to go! Thank you Desiree for your expertise and friendliness! We will be back again to see you!
Diana went above and beyond to help me, and I really appreciate the excellent customer service she provided. I stopped by Brooks Brothers and found a suit that I absolutely loved, but unfortunately, they didn’t have my size in the store. Diana took the time to look it up in the system, and when she couldn’t find it there, she went the extra mile and called another store. we came in shopping for a suit for an upcoming wedding and we're completely blown away by Desiree and her customer service skills. She did such a great job helping us find exactly what we needed and just made it the most fun shopping experience just like shopping with an old friend. The peeps in the store were also taking care of a young man grabbing a suit for a funeral and it was just such a nice breath of fresh air to see such a kind staff in retail taking care of people you really don't see anymore.
Modesty was pleasant and very professional. My firms 2026 clothing allowance will be allocated to this store. Well done !
