we came in shopping for a suit for an upcoming wedding and we're completely blown away by Desiree and her customer service skills. She did such a great job helping us find exactly what we needed and just made it the most fun shopping experience just like shopping with an old friend. The peeps in the store were also taking care of a young man grabbing a suit for a funeral and it was just such a nice breath of fresh air to see such a kind staff in retail taking care of people you really don't see anymore.
Modesty was pleasant and very professional. My firms 2026 clothing allowance will be allocated to this store. Well done !

Just purchased two suite from Brooke Brothers at the outlets in Pooler. Great experience and great pricing. Leo was super knowledgeable about everything. Even helped me pick out some shirts to go with the suits. He made the process easy and enjoyable.
I've been a customer of Brooks Brother for over 50 years and for many years bought most of my clothes from them. More recently, under new ownership, I have been VERY disappointed in the quality of the clothes and service. Today was a notable exception at their Tanger Outlet location in Pooler GA. The sales assistant, Amy, could not have been more professional and gracious. Based on my experience with Amy I'll return and again be confident of quality service from Amy.
