Ran in, needed a shirt for a wedding in an hour, perfect shirt and they steamed it for me and was out in 10 minutes. Sweet staff and helpful and knowledgeable
The worst experience ever. We bought our son a $200 + sweater in addition to other items. I washed the item, a blue tennis sweater with white trim exactly as listed on the care instructions. Did not dry, laid flat and the blue bleed onto the white. Went back to the store which was 45 minutes away and explained what happened to the sales lady. She immediately stated well you you washed it there’s nothing I can do to help you. I said can I exchange it she said no you have to contact customer service. And turned her back on me.... read more
