Quality clothing, terrible customer service. I had a better experience in Lancaster. The lady who I spoke to was very rude and telling me I got my clothing at an outlet while actively working at one and belittling others who were also buying there at the time. Do better Brooks Brothers. FYI lady, even the rich looks for discounts, nobody likes paying full price.
My 15 year old son went in looking for a prom suit and Dan took good care of him. They settled on a jacket but the pants were not in stock. My wife paid for them and was told that they'd be shipped to the house in two days. After a week of them not showing up and the prom 2 days away; we went back out to a different store and got a beautiful suit that was in stock and fit perfectly for $150 less.
