Always have loved BB so when I was in need of some new suits I headed to my closest store. Buying experience was great but had some initial tailoring issues. I was provided fantastic customer service in taking care of what might have been an error on their part. The store manager Kim went above and beyond to make sure I was not only happy with the fit but that I was satisfied with the entire experience. I walked away with 2 beautiful suits completely happy and will easily come back when I'm in need.
I went to your store in West Farms mall. Went to buy a sweater that was tagged at $148, but when I went to pay it came up as $198. Store wouldn’t honor the listed price. In fact, another clerk stated there were multiple items with the tags not matching the price when rang at the register. I was set to buy multiple, but was not pleased with how this was handled. Please do better than the bate and switch.

Went here this morning for a new suit with a bit of a time crunch - I was helped by Dan who blew me away with his efficiency and customer service provided. I was out of there within 30 minutes beyond satisfied with my purchase and look forward to picking up the suit. Thank you again Dan!
