I got into town with one hour before an important meeting. They had an appropriate shirt on the shelf and they promptly steamed it for me so I could look presentable and get out to my meeting in time. I accidentally left my wrinkled/travel worn shirt in the dressing room in my rush to get out. They folded it neatly and packaged it and had it waiting for me when I called later that day.
