Staff treats you like they are doing you a very inconvenient favor.. the customer service here has declined parallel to the quality of clothes, never again giving BB a chance
New store, same challenges. And at the risk of “piling on” to lowest reviews … They have a nice new store. And they have improved the quality and pricing. But until they turn around the customer service, it is just too frustrating to shop there regularly. The service has been an issue for years. I would love to see them reduce turnover and invest in staff training and development.

The new store in Short Hills is a downgrade from the previous one. Much smaller and everything feels cramped, including the dressing room space. Still love the clothes, though.
Justin was incredibly helpful in helping me find my wedding tux. Gave insightful opinions and was honest throughout. 10/10 customer service. Will definitely be back!
