🚨If u need help CHARLES is ur guy ! As long BB clientele , he understands what the brand represents… However , some of management in this store need to fix their attitude toward customers. Ur in management for a reason - so dress like it, and act like it, or go get a job that fits ur current profile.
Clean store, great and friendly staff, and exceptional service! Samantha was fantastic - she assisted me in finding the best possible suit for a wedding I was attending! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I purchased a gorgeous sweater in the store for half price! I would highly recommend this specific Brooks Brothers store, because of the fantastic customer service. The employees were very courteous and even helped me with my sizing. Even though I wasn't looking to purchase a cologne today, I was told that I was able to take samples of the cologne. So if you're in the market to purchase something from Brooks Brothers or a similar store, I would definitely say to come to the store!
