TERRIBLE SERVICE. At first, the woman helping us (with a raspy voice) seemed friendly. We got a few clothes to try on, but when my mom wanted to try on different sizes, her attitude completely changed. I was shopping at this store and the associate name SYLVIA told me that she had to give service to the customer ahead of me who spend over thousand dollars immediately and indirectly telling me I am not a big customer because I am only purchasing two shirts. Brooks Brothers please maintain your employee quality of service to the clothing you sell.
