Sales team say there is 25 % discount applicable on all my items. After leaving I see that one shirt - by coincidence the most expensive ! - was not discounted. Very irritating - check your bill! Also sales team nice but the apparently shop supervisor very pushy and irritating.
I had an outstanding experience with the Brooks Brothers team on Michigan Avenue and can’t recommend them highly enough. I recently had a made-to-measure tuxedo done here, and what impressed me most was the level of care the team put into getting everything exactly right.
