I have bought several things from this Brooks Brothers Outlet store and the staff is amazing! I am especially thankful for Isabell and Alexis, who go above and beyond for customers. They helped me order a jacket in a size which was not available in store and spent a long time helping me get the correct fit for a different sport coat for which I am very appreciative! Will continue to go here for my clothing needs.

Will never come here again! I was trying to get help from a sales member Sabrina and she would not get off her phone! She kept walking and huffing away from me! The british manager was blatantly ignoring her disrespectful staff member. She does not run her store! so disgusting

Sabrina was incredibly helpful! She spent so much time helping my boyfriend find the perfect fit and style for a suit and then helped us pick out the rest of the outfit including a shirt and tie. She spent nearly an hour with us. Overall great customer service!! Also great prices and value of course and wide variety of products. Highly recommend!
