I go into this business to buy 3 new suits. There is no one in the store shopping and two employees. I looked around for 10 minutes and the employees never asked me if I need assistance. Another man walks in behind he and buy I shirt. They need to train their staff better on sales. I went to the men’s warehouse and bought $2500.00 worth of clothing

I had a disappointing experience with Brooks Brothers their website says returns to store are free but when I went to return my online order the store refused to refund to my card and only offered merchandise credit the staff was not very helpful but I do not blame the person in the store because they were following the policy the problem is this is not clearly mentioned on the website and it is confusing I had to call customer service myself to fix it just be aware in store return may not give you your money back only store... read more
