Victor is amazing!
A big shout out to Victor the salesperson in the men’s department. He made the process of purchasing a summer suit for a destination wedding an easy and pleasant process. He is very knowledgeable about body types and the fitting. We ended up buying the suit, a shirt and a pochette and scheduled the alteration with them as well.
Customer service needs some serious work. We walked in to look for a tuxedo today for our wedding. Immediately got the up and down from one employee. When I asked for my fiancé if he could try on some suits he was not shown suits and taken to a dressing area, instead he was sized in the middle of the store floor. Then just handed a jacket to try on. The staff clearly had no interest in actually selling a suit. All while having a massive ULINE bin by the register. Just seemed unprofessional, and messy. Our navigating apps sent us all around the mall... but we found it behind (west of) the Neiman Marcus where a bank used to be... it's a well stocked and has a great selection! You'll want to check it out yourself! They had the sweater my wife was looking for... and it was on sale! Happy wife... happy life! 🫶😎🎁
