Shannon was great. I appreciate you guys getting my vehicle in and out so fast. I also appreciated the text messages with updates each step of the way so I did not have to reach out to see the status. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this business best in town.
My car was taken to tifton gerber after a deer hit it on June 9. I received a text on June 16 and that is the last update I received that I didn’t have to call for. I explained multiple times I didn’t live local and had to plan a trip to get my car back. Was told it would be ready July 10th. Called that day and no they were still waiting on a part. I typically do not write reviews for businesses on here because usually it doesn’t impact me that much; however, this shop has to be the absolute worst shop i’ve ever picked my car up from. I got in a wreck in Macon Georgia and my car was then shipped to the auction yard, where it sat for a few days until it was transported (for some unbelievable reason) all the way down nearly two hours to this shop.
