Gerber did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle and the customer service was excellent. They even got my vehicle finished a few days before their estimated date. They keep you well informed on your vehicle's progress. I would recommend this body shop to anyone
I love this shop, no matter what name it is under. They are all so professional and so service minded. Tyler has been an absolute dream to work with. He made sure all my questions were answered and went out of his way to make sure everything was done quickly and effectively. He was even willing to pick my car up and drop it back off with me when the service was complete. Thank you to everyone that works at Gerber Collision and a special shoutout to Tyler for going above and beyond.
They worked with the insurance company, got my suburban in the next day and had me back on the road by the date they said they would. Will definitely recommend.
