Paid to have a replacement transmission installed in my 2007 Grand Prix. It had a 3 year warranty and the transmission failed a couple months out of warranty. I paid to have another replacement transmission installed and this one failed with 16,000 miles but it was covered under the warranty so a third transmission was installed. I've taken a few vehicles there multiple times and they treat you like family. They're very friendly and helpful and explain things well. The only downside is it's sometimes hard to get them on the phone.
