This guy has had my truck in his shop the past 3 months more than I've had it constantly keeps assuring me that he's found the problem and it's fixed but as soon as I get it back I have to take it right back. And good luck getting this guy to communicate with you to figure out what's actually going on with your vehicle. This is hands down the worst experience I've had with an automotive shop ever. Finally decided to pick my truck up and take it somewhere else where they might actually have an idea what they're doing.

Had a recommendation to come out here to get my transmission looked at. I was told initially not to touch the transmission fluid… they wanted to drop the pan and see what was going on. So I didn’t attempt to do it myself which would have saved me $300 dollars. So I brought it in. I was told they rebuild and by the person upfront I had the impression that was the route we’re going. Nope get a call back said he won’t do rebuilds anymore… and he would put a remain in it. I said I didn’t want to pay $5800 for these transmissions... read more

Paid to have a replacement transmission installed in my 2007 Grand Prix. It had a 3 year warranty and the transmission failed a couple months out of warranty. I paid to have another replacement transmission installed and this one failed with 16,000 miles but it was covered under the warranty so a third transmission was installed.
