I hired this bodyshop to repair a large dent and damage to the paint along one side of the car (both doors). They completed the repair and repainting work on time and to my satisfaction - the paint job in the previously damaged area has been fully restored to looking like new! Very happy with the result! Before hiring them I compared quotes among 5 different body shops for this job and found that this shop quoted fairly and offered the quickest turn around time to get the job done.
I’m really torn about this place, was recommended by a friend and heard some positive things about Brooks. Made a phone call and booked a service, got there and he was really late. I waited and he took pictures of the damages and vin number. Told me to call the next day to see the status, so i did and he forgot my vin number. So next day call back and then he told me he never received the vin and to text his personal phone. Did that and never responded back to me and left me unread. Very unprofessional. Great body shop. Greg is a cheerful professional man in this Art. He fixed the rear passenger wheel arch very nice. looks like original and painted neat and nice ...so match with other areas..The other gentlemen are very welcoming to the client and my wife and I highly recommended this shop.
