This guy was asked to appraise my new double-wide and he told the Mortgage Co. that it was an old one and that it was not worth what we wanted to refinance it for, and he did'nt even come and look at my house. He said that he would drive by to see if it was new, he didn't because there is no drive bys on my house, I am off the road and you can not see my house from the road and there is only one way in and one way out, and no one came down my driveway when he said that he did. So therefore he is lazy.
