Me Brooks is the very best out there. If you want the fastest most reasonable professional service you need to call Brooks Appliance repairs. Mr Brooks fixed my Hotpoint dryer and went the extra mile for me. Thank you Mr Brooks for your excellent service!
Called him about my washing machine because of the other positive reviews on Google, and I'm glad I did! He was very professional, and fast at getting the job done. He also made sure that the part I ordered was the correct one. He even made sure there was damage to the old part before installing the new one. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing repairs. If I ever have to have another repair he'll be the first I call.
Mr. Brooks was a PROFESSIONAL.. he did exactly what he said he was going to do. His over the phone bid was exactly what he said it would be. He was very very kind, well-mannered, communicated greatly.. and was in and out and left the work area very clean.. a true professional. Would recommend to ANYONE needing a GREAT PRICE, GREAT COMMUNICATION, AND A MAN OF HIS WORD WHO KNOWS HIS BUSINESS!!!! 100/10!!???!
