Mr. Brooks is an amazing gentleman. He is extremely competent in his work. Very professional and does overcharge. He fixed my dryer, and a few hours later, due to crazy circumstances my washer went out. He returned and fixed it as well. He's very friendly and an all around great guy. If I EVER need appliance work again, I will DEFINITELY be calling him again.

Called him about my washing machine because of the other positive reviews on Google, and I'm glad I did! He was very professional, and fast at getting the job done. He also made sure that the part I ordered was the correct one. He even made sure there was damage to the old part before installing the new one. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing repairs. If I ever have to have another repair he'll be the first I call.
