I did not expect anyone would be able to repair my washing machine the same day I called, but Mr Brooks got it done! Fast service, reasonable prices, I hope I don’t have to call again soon, but you can bet it will be to Brooks Appliance when I do!
Mr. Brooks is an amazing gentleman. He is extremely competent in his work. Very professional and does overcharge. He fixed my dryer, and a few hours later, due to crazy circumstances my washer went out. He returned and fixed it as well. He's very friendly and an all around great guy. If I EVER need appliance work again, I will DEFINITELY be calling him again.
