I cannot recommend Brooks & Reid Rental highly enough. Especially Kyler, who genuinely went above and beyond for a complete stranger in ways you rarely see in today's times. Someone with a heart. By far the easiest part of my wedding reception was hiring Brooks and Reid! They arrived right at 7am to set everything up and we're done within an hour even with having to travel from Durham that morning. Great communication from the main office which was a huge win! We had a great experience with Brooks and Reid. From day one, they let us walk in their studio at the last minute to set up our vision for our wedding reception. They had an outstanding variety of products and fabrics. The gold chivari chairs were probably the best decision we made- they were beautiful and comfortable with the cushions. Madissen, Kyler, and Ivey were all so professional and helpful, and they even reimbursed us when they made a mistake. They had some of the best customer service we reserved from vendors.
