I was excited to try this salon while my usual person is out. My stylist was nice but the results are very underwhelming for the price. I barely see the root tap color and as a result, I look like I have gray regrowth at the hairline less than a week out. I had talked to the stylist about wanting the grays covered/blended as much as possible, but the highlights are quite warm. On the plus side, she gave me a beautiful blowout and a nice cut. But the color service was underwhelming, especially for the price.

I went here for @ 1.5 years, approximately every 8-9 weeks. Each visit was @$1,100.00(extension reinstall-sew in and color). When I originally went for my consult, that I waited months for, I was very clear I wanted to add length and volume(my hair was already to my chest but I wanted several inches longer). My natural hair was almost as long as the extensions and quickly grew to be about as long as the extensions resulting in me having to prematurely buy new extensions. I have been coming to B&H since they opened - I followed them from their previous salon. Always great service until recently. A couple weeks ago I had to switch change an apt day for my son and then just had the old appt time stuck in my head. They called to let me know - I apologized - almost couldn't get a word in. He was on his way home from the mall and could have made it in the next 5 minutes. But I was told it was too late. His appt also never takes the full appt time. The best hair stylists anywhere. Friendly staff and stylists are so much fun, as well as hair artists.
