I went here for @ 1.5 years, approximately every 8-9 weeks. Each visit was @$1,100.00(extension reinstall-sew in and color). When I originally went for my consult, that I waited months for, I was very clear I wanted to add length and volume(my hair was already to my chest but I wanted several inches longer). I have been coming to B&H since they opened - I followed them from their previous salon. Always great service until recently. A couple weeks ago I had to switch change an apt day for my son and then just had the old appt time stuck in my head. They called to let me know - I apologized - almost couldn't get a word in. He was on his way home from the mall and could have made it in the next 5 minutes. But I was told it was too late. His appt also never takes the full appt time. My wife got transformed here and they worked some magic! Such a cool environment and very accommodating and modern. Top of the line products and skill sets and a very helpful staff.
