We can't wait to move out of this neighborhood! We've lived here for 3 years in 2 apartments. We pay close to $1,000 for a 2 bedroom "upgraded" apartment but the only thing upgraded are the floors and appliances when other "upgraded" apartments have newer cabinets, hardware, appliances, floors, and bathrooms. You definitely do not get your money's worth living here. Upon moving in, neither apartment was clean.
