Doctor eric and his staff are the most lovely people on the planet. They do everything they can within their power to ensure that they can get you in as quickly as possible.And that you have a good experience. A+ service. Dr. Duncan and his staff are absolutely top-notch—timely, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. I went in with a broken tooth and left looking (and feeling) like a celebrity. Highly recommend!
The team here has always done great work. They are thorough, explain things along the way and give me confidence that we are pursuing the best outcomes. I've had a less than great experience elsewhere (national chain) so I ask a lot of questions and Dr. Duncan and staff are always patient and more than willing to explain. I unfortunately moved north so have to leave this practice but want to take the time to let them know how much I appreciate them!
Dr. Eric Duncan is my new dentist, he's amazing, his mannerisms are unique and exceptional, his office is top customer service, I have never been to a dentist office where you feel special and treated with such individualized care, the entire office staff: the hygienist, the office front desk, the medical assistant, the star treatment is a domino effect.
