Lived here for almost 5 years. Miss it! Location was great, apartments were spacious and new and clean. Common areas very well kept, and the garage and storage unit were amazing to have. The balcony was great too. Place was amazing wouldn't change a thing !
Truly had a wonderful experience living here. Never heard any outside noises in the apartment which was a huge perk. Marilyn was a pleasure to work with regarding any issues within the apartment. Great location and even better place to live!

My wife and I lived at Brookplace Apts and enjoyed our stay. The unit was bright, well laid out, and the appliances were upscale . The apt was quiet and the common areas were well kept. We appreciated the large storage area that came with the unit. The outdoor grill area was a plus. The property manager, Marilyn was an asset to the property. She was always just a phone call away and very responsive.
