Worst Management at all. I live in a townhome at Brookmere Johns Creek. My nextdoor neighbor keeps their trash cans outside. Everytime we came out the garage door we can smell the odor from their trash can since it always full and they sometimes even missed the trash dump day. I left them a note to their door but they didnt change. So I emailed my HOA since October regarding this issue. As a management they chose to ignore this voilation as well. PLEASE make paying online easier. We're constantly on the go. We may not have our bill with us. Make it easy to pay in a few clicks, having to provide some basic info, instead of the annoying amount of info presently required to make a payment of dues. PLEASE.
