Unfortunately waygu burger was bland and not made correctly . Fries were good tho ! Server was on the struggle bus too, heard her say it was her first night tho. Mac and cheese was just penne pasta with oil on it. Sent it back and it came back the same way so not sure what that was about ? They did take it off the bill tho . Everyone was super nice and good vibe
Stopped by this past Sunday for a quick bite in between plans. I hadn’t been here in almost a year, and as soon as I received my food, I remembered why: lukewarm-to-cold food every time. There were only a few people at the bar and maybe three tables, so I’m not sure why this was still an issue. I ordered the Cajun Benedict, and first, let me say the portion size compared to the cost of this very small plate should probably be revisited. I understand we’re living through inflation, but make it make sense! If you’re going to ... read more
The main issue is the service. It’s very slow. Refills weren’t offered, on water or beer. The server only came over to drop off one round of drinks and then the food. She stood at the kitchen expo window the entire time. Regarding food, it was okay. But for the higher prices, we were hoping for a nice dinner. We do not recommend the chicken fried steak (overcooked) or the spinach dip. Shrimp and grits had a nice flavor but were very dry. Main Street has better options just a few steps away.
Very good food and service!
First time eating here. I had the chick fried steak which I assumed would be great at the price of $30.00. Claimed on the menu it was Waygu. It was the toughest overcook CFS I have ever had. My son had a burger. Ordered in medium, got it well done. The place was dead, three table when we arrived. Took the server well over 20 minutes to come take our order. After we finished it took over 30 minutes for her to come by the table again. I had to ask for the check. Sure looked a lot better in the pictures.
