The employees at brooklynns in the Mall of Georgia clearly have no customer services skills. Was treated very poorly the two times I went to shop around. First I wasn’t greeted at the store (which I dismissed because it wasn’t such a big deal) then, I ask for a fitting room and the employee very rudely stops what she’s doing and rolls her eyes at me. Panama City beach location: there’s girls are BOMB� they never fail to greet me by name & truly enjoy their job. They always are eager to help me find the perfect outfit for every occasion! Def recommend!!
Bought pants last week mall of Georgia went to wear them and didn’t notice till this morning that two of my pants were defeated. Zipper was broken and seems on pants were coming off . Called store to return them due to the tags being detached but I still had them and they said I could not return them ......that’s not fair . Plus still had the receipt. I spent money on pants I was unable to wear or enjoy. First time buyer not a very good experience. Never again will I shop there again .
Generally, I like to shop at the Woodstock location but we bought a sweater there that was worn once and then washed according to the instructions. It fell completely apart. Took it back to the store where a rude person informed us she wouldn’t do anything. Even emailed the office and no reply. I probably won’t buy there again.
Jeans fit like kids not adults and the quality is horrible.
Great service and cute clothes at reasonable prices. My teen daughters and I love it
