I will more than likely never shop here again. I absolutely love their stuff, but am terribly unhappy with the customer service. After a first-time purchase of Miss Me jeans (first time Miss Me buyer and first time Threads customer) I was unaware that the sale was final. I am now stuck with a brand new pair of jeans that are too big and am unable to even exchange them for something else from their store. Not very good customer service if you ask me. :(
