If you order the chocolate wax off Groupon their intentionally not going to provide good service and charge you $5 for a service fee. They intentionally wax you to hurt you to upscale you to another wax. Also I noticed they dont wash hands before waxes.
I go here for all my waxing wether it’s bikini, lip or anything. The service is top tier and they are so efficient. They make you feel extremely comfortable and do such a great job. Everytime I come here for my waxes I barley feel any pain. Love this place so much !! And would 100 percent recommend!!! Some of the best waxers in Brooklyn and even their lash work is great.
