Staff is always happy to help and the Iced Coffee is a must
Although this is my 5th or 6th visit (one of which I've previously left a 5 star review on) this will be my last. I only ordered a cut bagel and coffee to go, nothing fancy that takes work for anyone but me... and then I am met with that horrible obligatory question regarding a tip, and since I am making my own coffee at the coffee bar and taking my bagel home to prepare it to my liking since it's never been done right, I click "no tip" and proceed to pay w/ my card.
