I book business catering and have had an excellent experience with Brooklyn Water Bagels Lake Nona on multiple occasions now. The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistently a hit with our staff—every time we order, someone asks where it came from. (Also we love the portions - no one is left hungry!) Went to Brooklyn Bagels today and came away disappointed. Ordered 4 bagels: 2 toasted 2 untoasted (1 with cream cheese). Got back 3 toasted no cream cheese, despite paying for it. Service was extremely slow (20 minutes to get the 4 bagels). The bagels did not taste any better than other chain stores (in fact, my cinnamon raisin didn't taste very good). There were many people frustrated with the waiting time, which was surprising given there were 3 people working at prepping the bagels. Don't think I'll be back.

Brooklyn Water Bagel on Narcoossee Road is absolutely amazing! They are consistently on top of their game and always exceed our expectations. The bagels are fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care, and their service is always friendly, reliable, and professional. No matter the size of our order, everything is accurate, beautifully presented, and ready on time. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality truly set them apart. We highly recommend them and look forward to ordering from them again!
