Bad customer service cashier cursing at us because she is on her phone and to busy to answer questions Food was burnt and the manager never came to see what was wrong
Dont know why these people cant be nice to customers just complain and ignore us the bathroom was filthy Visit was on 4.18.17 going to the new one in ftl
Awesome place they just opened and i was there on the 4th day the staff is really friendly and always smiling it seems like the restaurant owner manager guy is really super fantastic with keeping up with customers needs and cleaning and the food is excellent. A nice girl even brought water in a dish to my puppy since we were sitting outdoors. Nice nice girl and it was her managers idea so we will definitely be back.
I ordered a turkey banini today it was SO GOOD and the girls really keep that place clean i was enjoying the ice coffee
I was so excited to see a place that had good home type bagels in my area of The Villages, FL! I was told by a friend about the Lady Lake location. I don't get back to Brooklyn often and was really looking forward to the experience! WHAT A LET DOWN! Rude employees and burned bagels! The guy that took my order seemed to be completely clueless and was not very nice. Plenty of room to sit around and enjoy your food. Good food and coffee and prices are right. Managers need to check the wait staff though. The kids working there tend to really not care what is going on.. they won't really check if your food is ready or clean up the tables. Big turnover in help as well. Need to fine tune this place because there is always a good crowd there. Hey and put up a sign by the front door so people don't always go the wrong way to order... it would help.
Although I'm not an official restaurant critic, after my visit to the new Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. in Boynton Beach during their grand opening, I feel compelled to write one..even if it's an amateur review. We drove all the way from Orlando just to see it and experience it. And that's what it was... an experience, not just a random stop for bagels on a sunday afternoon.
