Excellent communication great service warranty work replaced several recalled issues. Josue was excellent
came to pick up my car, but was asked to come in the next day at 11am. sure. came at 11 the next day and then waited for over two hours to talk to the manager (even though i already knew i didn’t want repairs). the actual convo was only 15 min. in and out. but they made me wait two hours. terrible customer service.
These guys kept telling me to drive an additional 40 to 50 miles for my car to pass inspection, and when I returned after doing so twice, my 2023 car would still fail inspection because of the catalytic converter - or so they told me. When they tried to send me on a 3rd 50 mile trek, I instead drove straight to a different inspection site, and guess what? My car passed inspection without issue.
I’ve been here twice now and both times had a really good experience. The staff is professional, the service is done right, and everything was explained clearly. They take care of the car quickly and with attention to detail. Definitely a reliable spot for Volkswagen service in Brooklyn.
Hi everyone, I just wanna give everybody a heads up about Brooklyn Volkswagen. I would not recommend them at all. They told me that my car needed so many different things worth of $2800. They wouldn’t pass my inspection. They lied because they did not do an inspection, they said that it didn’t pass. They are a bunch of crooks.
