Car was spotless, fully inspected, and they matched a better finance rate I found online. Pickup was quick with all paperwork ready. Service felt transparent and customer-focused—would recommend for anyone hunting certified luxury VWs or similar.
Took my car to get serviced and unfortunately my BMW caps were stolen. They had no footage , no care nothing. They replaced them 2 weeks later with cheaper one 🤦♀️

This UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY OWES ME MONEY!! They do not call back. I am told repeatedly that someone will call me. Their Finance department is a complete fraud /scam. I have been very patient but enough is enough. Sometimes you call this company and it rings once and then you have to leave a voicemail. Of course they’re not going to call you back.
