This dealership is dishonest in every way. Do not get your car from here or you will be lied to and cheated. Unprofessional staff and most importantly, they do not abide by the contracts! They lie and scam and then they don't even answer your calls or msgs.
I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. After checking our local dealers for a black VW Atlas type R with no luck we found one at Brooklyn VW so we took the 2 hour trip. Once purchasing the atlas from Brooklyn VW they inform us it was to late in the day to get the car inspected. The manager informed us we could come back Monday to pick up the car so that's what we did (keep in mind tolls and fuel to come back) we showed up Monday around 3 o'clock and they told us the car still was not inspected and that th... read more

Right from the jump Brian welcomes me and we hit it off right away . He asked what i was interested in and my budget which was all over the place as the selection is enormous . We settled on 4 or 5 and he got me the keys and let me try them all on and i found my dream car well an SUV and he was honest and very happy to help with any and all of my requests and inquiries.
