Dr. Dodd is absolutely amazing and the staff is wonderful. Extremely caring and meticulous vet office. Dr. Dodd is comforting and also honest, and has given me hope and solace for my senior kitties care and liver problems. The front staff is great, they're caring and awnser my questions promptly and have made last minute appointments for my cat with no issue. I’ve been bringing my dog here since November after her groomer recommended this clinic, and I couldn’t be happier. My dog is 14 years old and had been going to the Humane Society of New York since she was a puppy, but after bringing her here for a dental cleaning, I just kept coming back. The location is super convenient for me, the prices are very reasonable, and most importantly, the care is outstanding. Dr. Dodd is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Absolutely wonderful experience. I brought my cat in in a panic since he was having issues peeing, I didn't have an appointment. They saw me almost immediately, let me know if it's a blockage they'd refer me to a hospital. I was quite emotional and stressed and the nurse and vet were very reassuring and comforting. They examined him and did X-rays and deduced that it wasn't a blockage, and said it's likely a UTI, they gave me the option to get urine cultures or just preemptively get the antibiotics assuming it is a UTI.
