The Brooklyn veterinary Hospital in most situations is a very accommodating place. The pharmacist are very helpful. The primary care physicians outstanding the ophthalmology department amazing I have had no better service even on a private medical facility. I could go on forever about my satisfaction with most of the services provided at the Brooklyn VA. Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience endorse their radiology department. Initial appt fine otherwise its 10 weeks out for a 30 min checkup. And scheduling over the phone?yeah, im not in the system even though ive been coming here for 6 months. Good luck asking to get put through to your pcm/ front desk extension/ 👍 [i called scheduling, who forwarded me to my pod, who put me on hold to ask if Im due for a consult on my xrays, but she forwarded me to operator, who then forwarded me to a dead line. 30 min for that 👋.]
